OUR BELIEFS
The Bible as the inspired Word of God. "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (II Tim. 3:16). "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe" (I Thess. 2:13)
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We proclaim the Christian faith rooted in the Word of God recorded in the prophetic and apostolic books of the Old and New Testaments. We joyfully confess the early Ecumenical Creeds (Apostles’, Nicene, Athanasian), the unaltered Augsburg Confession, and the confessions collected in the Book of Concord as faithful summaries of that faith. We hold Scripture alone as the supreme rule for doctrine and practice.
While these statements summarize our convictions, the Bible itself—God’s inspired and infallible Word—remains the final authority on truth, morality, and how we live.
